Design Manager
You will be responsible for developing designs which promote and advance The Wee House Company brand and that fulfil the customer’s requirements, alongside the company’s modular construction criteria. You will obtain all statutory consents for the construction of Wee Houses.
You will also have responsibility for leading the team to deliver an excellent customer experience throughout their engagement with the company. You will motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs and report regularly on this to the Directors. Through your liaison with Directors you’ll be involved in setting the strategic direction for bespoke homes.
Freelance Quantity Surveyor
This is an ideal opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator with a wealth of experience in small-scale, residential projects, looking for a varied and exciting role. We require an enthusiastic and determined individual, who enjoys working under their own initiative and seeing the best that the UK countryside has to offer.
Quality Assurance Inspector
You will be responsible for ensuring the product provided by Connect Modular Ltd is of superior quality leading to high levels of customer satisfaction, recommendations, and the generation of repeat business.
Site Administrator
Reporting to the site manager you will assist the construction site team in setting up, recording and maintaining documents and ongoing data flow and communication systems within a busy construction site. You will have particular responsibility for site document control (construction drawings), documentation relating to induction of operatives and health, safety and environmental record keeping.
Site Manager
The site manager has responsibility for managing all site processes from groundwork through to roofing and internal finishing. Ensuring all site activities are carried out in a responsible, safe and sustainable manner to meet the needs of stakeholders and to facilitate handover of our developments to clients.
