Our homes are constructed in our factory in Cumnock, Ayrshire using innovative modular construction methods. Homes are more than 90% complete before leaving our factory and are delivered to site ready-fitted with kitchen, bathrooms, plumbing and electrics. Our team also carry out preparatory ground works and complete our homes on sites across the UK.

Joiner (10 positions available)

Contract: Full time. Permanent.
Location: Based in Cumnock, Ayrshire with occasional travel to sites across the UK.
Salary: Dependent on experience.
Summary: Skilled and experienced joiners are required for construction of timber-framed modular homes within a factory environment. Under instruction of the factory manager you will lead a small team to deliver all joinery elements of our homes to exacting quality standards, whilst coordinating with other trades.

Joiner’s Mate (16 positions available)

Contract: Full time. Permanent.
Location: Based in Cumnock, Ayrshire with occasional travel to sites across the UK.
Summary: This is a hands-on role constructing timber-framed modular homes within a factory environment.  You will support the lead joiner in completion of the structure and internal finishes- measuring, cutting and ensuring a free flow of materials and tools whilst keeping the work bay safe and tidy at all times.

Factory Operative (2 positions available)

Contract: Full time. Permanent.
Location: Based in Cumnock, Ayrshire with occasional travel to sites across the UK.
Salary: Dependent on experience.
Summary: Hard working and reliable individuals are required to maintain a clean and safe working environment within our factory.  You will be responsible for replenishing materials, ensuring that working areas are kept free of debris and sorting of recyclable materials.

Quality Assurance Inspector (1 position available)

Contract: Full time. Permanent
Location: Based in Cumnock, Ayrshire with occasional travel to sites across the UK.
Salary: Dependent on experience.
Summary: Working across our factory and site locations, you will carry out daily inspections ensuring all quality and production objectives are met. You will ensure adherence to the ISO 9001 and BOPAS Quality Management Systems within a busy production schedule.

Apprentice Joiner (2 positions available)

Contract: Full time. Permanent.
Location: Based in Cumnock, Ayrshire with occasional travel to sites across the UK.
Salary: In line with minimum wage.
Summary: A fantastic opportunity to learn construction skills for the future of house-building.  You will be involved in modular construction of timber-framed homes, experiencing first-hand the improvements in efficiency and sustainability that can be achieved in a factory setting.
