  • Can you help me find a plot?

  • Where can I build a Wee House?

The flexibility in colour and design of our Wee Houses mean that they will look great just about anywhere.

For example you may wish to situate yours:

    • In your existing garden
    • On a building plot
    • On a holiday accommodation site
    • On a country estate or farm.
  • Can you build on an island?

Yes, modular build is a very cost-effective way to build a home on an island. We have significant experience of island working including builds on the isles of Arran, Mull, North Uist, Lewis and Harris. We are a very popular home building option in areas where it can be difficult for people to source contractors to carry out a traditional build. Our modular builds have a number of benefits:

    • We take advantage of the economies of scale normally reserved for larger scale housing developments. As the build takes place in our factory, materials are ordered in bulk and our skilled tradesmen move between houses as required meaning a more cost-effective product.
    • Factory conditions facilitate better quality control whilst reducing waste and build times.
    • Building materials are stored and used in warm, dry conditions, rather than being exposed to the elements.
    • With minimal on-site time required, our team can deliver and complete houses quickly and cost effectively.
  • Can you build in remote locations?

Yes, modular housing lends itself very well to building in remote locations and we build a lot of homes in areas where it can be difficult for people to source contractors to carry out a traditional build. Our modular builds have a number of benefits:

    • We take advantage of the economies of scale normally reserved for larger scale housing developments. As the build takes place in our factory, materials are ordered in bulk and our skilled tradesmen move between houses as required meaning a more cost-effective product.

We can customise your Wee House to suit the size, shape and levels of your plot. If you’re unsure if your plot would be suitable for a Wee House please get in touch with us including the plot details and we will be happy to advise.
