When is payment due?

There is a stage payment process in place for purchasing a Wee House. In most cases those stages will be as follows:

• Quotation: a deposit of £3,500 is required (may vary according to project requirements).
• Planning Consent: the balance of 10% of your total project cost is due on receipt of planning consent. This also reserves your slot in our manufacturing schedule.
• Building Warrant: 5% of total project cost is due on receipt of building warrant.
• Factory Build: 75% of total project cost is due on completion of your Wee house in our factory.
• Site Build: the final 10% of your total project cost is due on practical completion.

Deposits are non-refundable and must be paid by cash, cheque or bank transfer – we cannot accept credit or debit cards.
