In accordance with current building regulations, every new home must be constructed to last a minimum of 60 years. Wee Houses are built to dwelling standard and are therefore subject to this strict building criteria.

Wee Houses are well designed, high quality timber framed homes. With appropriate care and maintenance, there is no limit to how long your Wee House will last.

Wee Houses are constructed in our Ayrshire factory by experienced craftsmen with the build process taking around six weeks. Wee Houses are subject to rigorous in-house quality checks and compliance with their approved building warrants throughout the build period in our factory.

You will be sent regular updates on the progress of your Wee House in the factory and will be invited to see it as it nears completion. Our high standards in the factory are replicated when we deliver and complete the Wee House on your plot, usually completing the build on site in around three weeks.

The average project timeline for a Wee House is 7 to 9 months. We start by preparing and submitting your planning application, then building warrant application. With consents in place, your Wee House could be built in just 9 weeks. 6 weeks of this is spent in our factory and then only 3 weeks on your plot.
