Every one of our Wee Houses is built by experienced craftsmen, using recognised methods and high quality materials. Your Wee House can be covered by a 10 year structural warranty from Build-Zone. Features of Build-Zone’s cover include:

• 10 year Structural Warranty cover
• Insolvency cover available both pre and post completion
• Full risk transfer in years 3-10 of cover
• Cover as standard for alternative accommodation, additional costs, removal of debris and professional fees
