Wee Houses are designed and constructed to achieve the highest standards in safety, sustainability and energy efficiency.* On average it only costs around £1 a day for heating, hot water and electricity.

Wee Houses come with a high level of security. All windows are fitted with locks and a multipoint locking system secures all external doors.
Solar photovoltaic panels are included as a renewable energy source.

Project Time Line
Your Three Bedroom Wee House takes just 9 weeks to build – 6 weeks to construct in our factory followed by as little as 3 weeks on site implementing all groundworks (including foundations and service connections) and completing your home to the highest standard.
The full turnkey project averages 7 – 9 months encompassing design, obtaining planning consent and building warrant and the build itself. We handle all aspects of the project so that all you need to do is move in your flooring and your furniture.
