A desire to make custom build accessible anywhere in the UK saw father and daughter Ian Hope and Jennifer Higgins launch The Wee House Company in 2013. The family has a multi-award winning history in house building and The Wee House Company is blazing the trail in modular house build.

BOPAS
The Wee House Company Ltd. is accredited by the Buildoffsite Property Assurance Scheme (BOPAS). This provides quality assurance for non-traditional methods of construction.The Wee House Company manages the design of and carries out modular manufacture and on-site construction of 1 and 2 storey structural timber buildings.
BOPAS is a risk-based evaluation which demonstrates to funders, lenders, valuers and purchasers that homes built from non-traditional methods and materials will stand the test of time for at least 60 years.
Modular build allows your home to be built much quicker than traditional building methods. Wee Houses are completed to ceiling height, with kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing and electrics already fitted before they leave the factory. They are fully complete and ready to move in within 3 weeks of being delivered to site.
