On Friday 15th May, a brand new one bedroom Wee House was officially unveiled at the Ayrshire Hospice. Sarah and Eva Campbell performed the official ribbon cutting ceremony to declare the house formally open to those who have loved ones staying at the Hospice.
The one bedroom Wee House aims to provide families and carers a ‘home from home’. Being able to offer the comfort of short term accomodation to families who often travel far to the Hospice will only help to make things that little bit easier at what can be a difficult time.
The furnishings were kindly donated by The Designer Rooms in Ayr, and wouldn’t you agree that they have done a fantastic job in making the house as homely and welcoming as possible?
We were delighted to be involved with this project and sincerely hope that the families and carers of the Hospice benefit from the home!
