Investing in the Future of Our Community

The Wee House Company is committed to investing in young people from the local area and are very proud of the joinery apprentices who have recently been taken on, as they are showing exceptional skills, both in the factory and during their time at college.

As well as working in the Cumnock facility, assisting with the construction of house modules, the apprentices will be required to spend some time getting sites ready for when house modules are delivered. In order for them to have as much independence as possible, we have teamed up with Jan of Jan’s Driving School, Cumnock to provide a block of 10 driving lessons for all apprentices – getting them ready for driving company vans to varied locations throughout Scotland.

Jan is doing a wonderful job of coordinating all the lessons and is delighted with the progress the apprentices are making.
