The Wee House Company announce Housing Development Brand

Following the successful completion of 31 affordable homes for North Ayrshire Council, The Wee House Company today announces ‘Connect Modular’ as the brand that will continue to supply affordable, modular homes to housing associations and housing developers across the UK.

As well as delivery of the affordable housing project, the innovative housebuilding company have also built nine seaside villas, complementing an award winning luxury private development at Chapelton, Seamill.

The diversity of modular build means that design opportunities are limitless and with modules being 90% complete on arrival at site, fully fitted with kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing and electrics, it also helps reduce the carbon footprint of the build.
