TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment Method

There is a stage payment process in place for purchasing a Wee House. In most cases those stages will be as follows:

• £2,700 reserves your home
• The balance of 10% of your quoted price must be paid before manufacture can begin
• 75% is to be paid on completion of the house within our factory
• The final 15% is due when the house is completed on the plot

Deposits are non-refundable and must be paid by cash, cheque or bank transfer – we currently do not accept credit or debit cards.
